After experiencing abuse, loss, and ongoing mental health struggles, I turned to creativity as a way to heal, process, and rediscover hope. Each piece I create is rooted in my journey—infused with resilience, kindness, and a deep belief in the power of art to support mental well-being.

Mindful Lotus was born from a desire to help others find moments of calm, joy, and self-expression.

Every piece of clothing in the Mindful Lotus collection is designed with intention and heart. I created these garments as wearable reminders of resilience, hope, and kindness—values that have carried me through my own journey with mental health challenges and loss. Each design features uplifting messages and gentle, mindful motifs, offering comfort and encouragement not just to the wearer, but to everyone they meet. My goal is to help others feel seen, supported, and empowered, turning everyday apparel into a source of strength and positivity.
